Sayraphim Lothian - Part 1

Work alongside artist Sayraphim Lothian in this 2 part workshop. Sayraphim will explore the theme of Russian Modernist designs from the '30s. Participants will create abstract designs from collaged shapes and words.

Part 1: Create your own Artwork - April 21st / 11-1pm

Part 2: Screen Print this artwork onto a bag - May 5th / 11-1pm  

Sayraphim Lothian is a public artist who utilises as many crafts as she can lay her hands on. She’s interested in craftivism and creative resistance in all its forms. Her main body of work revolves around kindness as a form of rebellion, craft as a form of subversion and games in public to overturn expected behaviours. She is inspired by street art, craft history and the rebellious in almost all its forms so come along and take part.
